近日,普林云海国际幼儿园迎来了一场特别的教育启迪之旅——姊妹校密歇根州立大学官方培训师Wan-Hsuan Lin亲临指导,为我们带来了教育理念和实用的教学技巧。
Recently, PICLC welcomed a special journey of educational enlightenment – Wan-Hsuan Lin, an official trainer from our sister school, Michigan State University, came to guide us and bring us educational ideas and practical teaching skills.

Positive guidance for children

 

Wan-Hsuan Lin老师以一句“教育的本质,在于心灵的对话”开篇,让我们重新审视与孩子们的沟通方式。
Ms. Wan-Hsuan Lin opened her speech with the phrase “The essence of education lies in the dialogue of the heart”, which made us re-examine the way we communicate with our children.
她强调,通过“低姿态、慢节奏、平静的声音”,我们更能走进孩子们的内心世界,倾听他们的声音,感受他们的情感。
She emphasized that through a “low profile, slow tempo, calm voice”, we are better able to enter the children’s inner world, listen to their voices and feel their emotions.
这种交流方式,不仅让孩子们感受到尊重与关爱,更激发了他们主动学习的热情。
This kind of communication not only makes the children feel respected and cared for, but also inspires them to take the initiative to learn.

Creating meaningful activities

 

“生活即教育,教育即生活。” Wan-Hsuan Lin老师用这句话引导我们思考活动的意义。
“Life is education and education is life.” Ms. Wan-Hsuan Lin used this quote to guide us to think about the meaning of the activity. 

她分享了一个故事:一个女孩在画脸谱,老师没有打断她,而是静静地观察。

She shared a story of a girl who was painting a face and instead of interrupting her, the teacher quietly observed.
画完后,小女孩兴奋地告诉老师,她为什么这样做。
After the drawing, the little girl excitedly told her teacher why she did it.
有意义的活动不仅是知识的传授,更是孩子们情感的表达与生活的体验。

This story makes us realize that meaningful activities are not only about the transfer of knowledge, but also about the expression of children’s emotions and life experiences.

多感官的学习之旅

A multi-sensory learning journey

 

每个孩子都是独一无二的,他们有着不同的学习方式和兴趣。
Every child is unique and has different learning styles and interests. 

Wan-Hsuan Lin老师鼓励我们,通过视觉、触觉、听觉等多感官的方式,激发孩子们的学习兴趣。

Ms. Wan-Hsuan Lin encourages us to stimulate children’s interest in learning through a multi-sensory approach that includes sight, touch, and sound. 

她提到,当孩子们用手触摸、用耳朵倾听、用眼睛观察时,他们的学习会变得更加深入和有趣。

She mentioned that when children touch with their hands, listen with their ears, and observe with their eyes, their learning becomes deeper and more interesting. 

教育不仅是知识的传递,更是心灵的启迪。
Education is not only the transmission of knowledge, but also the enlightenment of the mind. 

通过此次培训不仅促进了教学方法的创新,也加深了两校在幼儿教育领域的专业联系,让我们在教育的道路上更加坚定、自信地前行。

The training not only promoted the innovation of teaching methods, but also deepened the professional connection between the two schools in the field of early childhood education, so that we can move forward more firmly and confidently on the road of education.
