她们呀，平凡却闪光。
They are ordinary but glittering.
每位幼教者都如一本打开的书，
Each ECE is like an open book,

Part 01/ 既能活成太阳 也允许自己偶尔停电/
Ms. Abby
PICLC中籍班主任
“好的童年治愈一生！”说起这句话时，Abby格外温柔。
“A good childhood heals for life!” Abby is very gentle when she says this.
0-6岁是孩子性格和认知发展的黄金期，多年来，她与同行们一起，努力成为孩子探索世界的”第一座桥梁”。
0-6 years old is the golden period of children’s personality and cognitive development, over the years, she and her peers together, trying to be the “first bridge” for children to explore the world.
教会孩子系鞋带、分享玩具这些事情。在我们看来再平常不过了，但Abby说：“别小看这些简单的瞬间，可能会塑造他们未来的独立性或同理心。”
Teaching your child things like tying their shoes and sharing toys. It seems so commonplace to us, but Abby says, “Don’t underestimate how these simple moments may shape their future independence or empathy.”
“现在的教育环境，很内卷，守护孩子的天性，是缓解焦虑的一剂良药”。Abby喜欢跟孩子们待在一块，与他们共同成长，孩子的天真，常让她反思“大人世界”的固化思维，形成双向治愈。“Abby enjoys spending time with children and growing up with them, and their innocence often makes her reflect on the stereotypical thinking of the “adult world,” creating a two-way healing. It’s a two-way cure.
在她眼中，女性力量如水，温柔又坚韧。她说：“既能活成太阳，也允许自己偶尔停电。”In her eyes, female power is like water, gentle and resilient. She says, “It is possible to live as the sun, but also allow yourself to have the occasional blackout.”
Part 02/ 热爱便是所有的答案/
Ms. Alice
PICLC外籍班主任
从英国到西班牙再到中国，Alice的教育路径跨越了三大洲。
From the UK to Spain to China, Alice’s educational path has taken her across three continents.
“选择教育是我做过最有意义的一件事情”Alice笑得很开心，言语间是对语言、文化和教育的热爱。“
Choosing education is one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done” Alice smiles widely and speaks with a love of language, culture and education.
“看，文化就像彩虹糖，不同颜色才更甜！”课堂上的Alice活力四射，把多元世界的奇妙装进每个好奇的小脑瓜。
“See, culture is like rainbow candy, different colors make it sweeter!” The classroom is full of Alice’s energy, packing the wonders of a diverse world into every curious little brain.
面对教育中的挑战和困惑，Alice总是回到同一个答案：“热爱！当你真正热爱一件事，那便是所有问题的答案。”
When faced with challenges and confusion in education, Alice always comes back to the same answer, “Passion! When you truly love something, that’s the answer to all your problems.”
Part 03/ 记录童言，感知细微/
Ms. Roxanne
PICLC中籍班主任
Roxanne的手机里有个特别的备忘录，里面躺着852条童言童语。这是她珍藏的“人类幼崽观察笔记”。
Roxanne has a special memo on her cell phone that holds 852 children’s words. It’s her treasured “Human Observation Notes.”
“要看看吗？”她分享道：“Roxanne，我要和你穿一样的裤子。”“Roxanne，你有眉毛，我看见你的眉毛了”……
“Want to see?” She shared:“Roxanne, I’m going to wear the same pants as you.”“Roxanne, you have eyebrows, I see your eyebrows.” ……
旁人眼中啼笑皆非的童言稚语，在她心里却是打开世界的密钥。
The children’s words that are laughable to others are the key to opening the world in her heart.
“从教第一批孩子开始，我就记录下他们说过的话”Roxanne回忆道：“那些天真可爱的童言童语常常让我感到无比惊喜，给我带来新的想法和灵感。”
“From the time I taught my first children, I recorded what they said,” Roxanne recalls, ”and I was often pleasantly surprised by the innocence of the children’s words, giving me new ideas and inspiration.”
于她而言：女性与生俱来的不是柔弱，而是能感知花开多少的细腻。
For her, it’s not the softness of a woman’s nature, but the delicacy of being able to sense how many flowers are blooming.
在教育的现场，女性力量无处不在。它是多维的，如水般柔韧，无处不在、无坚不摧。
In the field of education, female power is everywhere.It is multidimensional, as pliable as water, ubiquitous and indestructible.
她们以独特的方式感知世界，用细腻的情感触碰每一个生命，让教育充满了温度和光芒。
They perceive the world in a unique way.Touching every life with delicate feelings.They make education full of warmth and light.
她们值得被看见，被理解。不仅在特定的节日里，而是在365天的每一个平凡瞬间。
They deserve to be seen, understood.Not just on specific holidays.But in every ordinary moment of 365 days.
