activity for Dr. Suess.

by the students and parents.
In March of this year,
PICLC Dr. Suess Reading Month came again.
This time around we integrated our reading into IB theme exploration activities.
Developing interdisciplinary
themes – how the world works.
Each class explores different themes.
During this period, many interesting books
related to the topic of exploration occurred.
Enrich children’s understanding
and cognition of the topic of inquiry.

去年，PICLC的苏斯博士月阅读活动，
带领孩子们畅游苏斯博士系列绘本世界，

获得了家长朋友的一致好评。
今年三月，
PICLC苏斯博士阅读月再次来袭，
将阅读融入IB主题探究活动中，
开展跨学科主题
——世界是如何运作的。
其中，每个班级探究不同主题，
期间，发生了许多
与探究主题相关的有趣故事，
丰富孩子们对探究主题的理解和认知。

In kindergarten level morning reading,
books on different topics allow children
to learn relevant knowledge.

让孩子们在探究本班级主题的同时，
深入了解其他班级的探究主题，
学习不同领域的新知识，
对这个世界有了更清晰的认知，

Nap time Reading, enriching children’s imagination
丰富幼儿的想象力

with bedtime stories broadcast on campus,
allowing children to learn about different cultures.

Show time, Enhancing the language expression ability of young children

Towards the end of the event,
we provided a perfect summary for Dr. Susie’s Reading Month through a unique display performance.
At the same time,
it also showcased the research
results of the interdisciplinary theme
“How the World Works” to parents.
In the performance,
children use the rhythm of music
to demonstrate their understanding
and perception of books,
and express their thoughts and viewpoints.
