秋月即盈，国庆将至。为庆祝中秋、国庆双节的来临，弘扬和培养幼儿的爱国主义情怀，普林斯顿森林幼儿园（PIFK）开展了“迎中秋、庆国庆”的主题系列活动。通过“说一说”“做一做”“画一画”等体验，感知传统节日的丰富内涵。鼓励孩子们用不同的方式表达对祖国的热爱，用自己的双手为祖国送上最真挚的祝福。

In order to celebrate the coming of Mid-Autumn festival and National Day festival, and to promote and cultivate children’s patriotism, Princeton forest kindergarten launched a series of themed activities, “Welcome Mid-Autumn festival and Celebrate National Day”.

中秋、国庆我知道

老师向孩子们介绍国庆节、中秋节的由来，孩子们进一步了解我国的国旗、国徽、国歌及中国传统节日的不同习俗。

此外，Ms. Jade的英文课、Ms. Shirley韵律动感的音乐课，孩子们稚嫩诗词朗诵……这些特色课程，也都在潜移默化向孩子传递国庆、中秋的知识。这些，给我们留下了满满的感动与美好的回忆。

The moon apart of the Mid-Autumn festival, the feeling is strong at home and school. With the Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations in 2020, Forest kindergarten teachers, children and parents spent a happy and unforgettable holiday together.

With Ms. Jade’s English class and Ms. Shirley’s rhythmic music class and the children’s poetry recitation. We are all filled with beautiful memories.

做月饼，迎中秋

“月是中秋圆，情是家校浓”，PIFK的老师，孩子和家长们，一起制作冰皮月饼，度过了一个开心难忘的节日。

小小的面团在宝贝们的手里一团、一捏、一敲，举手投足之间真的是别具魅力。再团团捏捏好，放入模具中，轻轻一压，香甜的月饼就制作成功啦！一个个圆圆的月饼，犹如孩子们可爱的笑脸，甜甜的味道流淌在每个人的心田。

The ice-skin mooncakes were made by both parents and children. The round mooncakes remind us of the children’s lovely smiling faces, and the sweet taste flows in everyone’s heart.

绘国旗，庆国庆

我手绘我心。小朋友用自己手中的画笔，画出心中最美的国旗，小小的画纸承载着他们爱国情怀，绘出了对祖国灿烂美好明天的祝愿！孩子们认真而专注，以画为笔，以爱为笺，描绘着最稚嫩一代热烈而持久的爱国之情。

最后，孩子们以最真挚的情感、最优美的语言赞美祖国，喜迎中秋，为我们伟大祖国献上最美的祝福，祝愿祖国繁荣昌盛、国泰民安。

Our motherland is called China, we are all Chinese. We sang the national anthem, and painted the national flag. With personal experience, feel the happy atmosphere of the National Day, and feel proud to be Chinese people. The use of many colourful gifts are used to depict the hearts of the best wishes for the motherland’s birthday gift.
