Over the last few days the teachers here at Princeton kindergarten have been getting everything ready for the new school year. There was a lot to prepare as we will be welcoming so many new children on Monday, lots of new classrooms had to be made. With so many children coming to join us we have lots of new teachers to help them learn and grow, everyone worked really hard to make exciting classrooms that will inspire our children. With so many new classrooms we had to make lots of new displays for classes such as the Kangaroo class, giraffe class and parrot class!
临近开学的这几天，普林斯顿国际幼儿园的老师们一直在为新学年做准备。为了迎接小朋友，我们对教室进行了一番“梳妆打扮”。让我们看看袋鼠班、长颈鹿班和鹦鹉班都布置成了什么样子吧！
Because we have so many new teachers we had big training sessions to help everyone get to know each other and understand what is expected of us over the next year. We have English teachers joining us from America, South Africa, Columbia and the United Kingdom with lots of amazing teaching experience to bring to Princeton Kindergarten. We also welcomed lots of new Chinese teachers to help with all of the new classes, everyone is very excited to see the kindergarten so full and busy.
本学期，我们的教师队伍增加了不少新鲜血液，为此，特意开展了新学年教师培训，让大家快速了解教学相关流程，迅速投入到教学工作中去。新教师队伍中，来自美国、哥伦比亚和英国的英语教师也为我们注入了新的活力，带来了更国际化的教学方式，相信在我们老师的带领下，小朋友们在这里将会获得意想不到的成长。
On Saturday we welcomed all of our new students who will be enrolling with us this year, it was very exciting to see lots of new smiling faces ready for their new school. We had lots of fun showing them around the kindergarten so they could see their new home, they loved the playground and all of our amazing toys. The teachers met their new students and spent time playing with them and learning names ready for Monday, so there are no tears when they have to say bye bye to mummy and daddy for the first time!
上周六新生注册，当小小新生们看到充满童趣的的教室时，都兴奋不已。操场和玩具让他们流连忘返，而这，将是他们未来一学期乃至三年学习的地方。老师带着孩子们逛遍校园、带着孩子们为周一的开学做一些小小的准备，孩子们融入的很好，所以当他们第一次和爸爸妈妈说再见的时候，没有哭闹！
On Saturday we had online meetings with parents and teachers to prepare for the new year, making sure everyone understands expectations to make sure we have great successes. Teachers talked to parents about the new school year and introduced themselves to the children, it was great to see the children so excited to see their teachers. We sang songs and played some games to see if the children remembered their classroom and friends, it has been a long summer holiday!
同时，周六下午，我们开展了线上家长会，为家长们谈论新学年的教学工作，对孩子们进行自我介绍，带着孩子们一起唱着歌，一起游戏，让孩子在入校前对老师有一个初步印象，对新学期的生活有一个预期！
Monday was the first day of the new school year and we were all very excited to say hello to all of our new students and welcome back to those returning from the summer break. It was a very busy morning as we had so many new teachers to welcome all the new children, the children loved all the balloons and bubbles we had to start the day.
周一，是新学年开学第一天，各位老师早早的站在校门外，等待幼儿园新生入园，迎接老生归队。迎着校门口的气球和泡泡，孩子们开启了新学年的校园生活。
The children had lots of fun seeing their new classrooms and meeting their new teachers, soon everyone will be the best of friends. The children spent the day playing with their classmates in their new classrooms, spending time getting to know their new teachers and get ready for the busy year ahead.
