Building relations between teachers and parents is a key aspect of teaching. In order to further promote the two-way interaction between families and kindergartens and create a healthy and harmonious environment, the first parent-teacher association meeting was held on September 25, 2020.
为了进一步促进家庭与幼儿园之间双向互动、营造健康、和谐的发展环境，及时改进与完善幼儿园各项工作， 在2020年9月25日，召开了第一次园家委会暨伙委会。
The meeting was divided into six agenda items, namely:
● The constitution of the committee
● Selecting the new chairman and vice chairman of the committee
●The minister of finance and the minister of general affairs issued certificates
● Understand the development of our kindergarten
● The responsibilities of the family Committee this semester
● Visit the kitchen
本次会议分为六个议程，分别是：“学习家委章程”、“评选新一届的家委主席、 家委副主席、财务部长、 总务部长并颁发证书“、“了解幼儿园发展状况”、“本学期家委工作”、“合影留念”和“参观厨房”。
In order to make the committee understand the development of kindergarten more fully, the meeting introduced the administrative team, teaching staff team, class setting, team management and education, safety management and logistics support, diet and nutrition and health care.
为了使家长更充分的了解幼儿园的发展状况，会议介绍了幼儿园的行政队伍、教职工团队、班级设置、团队管理与教育教学、安全管理与后勤保障和膳食营养与卫生保健。
There are 9 classes, 135 children and 60 teaching staff. In order to strengthen the team building and improve the level of education and teaching, teaching and research training activities and working meetings will be carried out from time to time.
全园共有9个班，幼儿135名，教职工60人，为加强团队建设、提高教育教学水平，将不定期根据工作安排开展教研培训活动和工作会议。
At the same time, it introduces the development of small group, Lego, golf and other enrichment courses, as well as the two major courses of MidiEnglish and Wonders. Parents have a clearer understanding of the kindergarten’s various courses and teaching activities.
同时，介绍了Small Group的开展情况，乐高、高尔夫等增益课活动课程，以及Midi和Wonders两大主要课程等，让家长们能够更加清楚的了解幼儿园的各项课程与教学活动安排。
Logistics work provides a strong guarantee for children’s safe and happy education and life in the kindergarten. The family committee is also requested to put forward valuable opinions in time to ensure the children’s health and happiness in the kindergarten every day.
后勤工作为幼儿在园安全快乐的学习、生活提供有力保障，从“安全”、“卫生”、“保健“、“对外联络”、“饮食”方面，结合视频图片、实地考察，多方位、全方面的让家长了解幼儿园后勤工作的开展情况，也请家委们及时提出宝贵意见，家园共同交流探讨，保证孩子在园的健康快乐的度过每一天。
The meeting activities helped the Committee fully understand the key points of their work this semester. They understand the large-scale activities of the kindergarten this semester and the work contents that need to be coordinated, so as to build a good bridge for home cooperation.
接下来的会议活动，让家委充分了解本学期家委工作的重点，提前了解本学期幼儿园的大型活动，和需要配合的各项工作内容，为家园合作搭建起良好的桥梁。
Finally, the leaders of the kindergarten and the members of the committee visited the kitchen and ate the snacks of the children to understand the everyday dietary needs, so as to ensure the reasonable diet of children.
最后，园所领导和伙委会的成员一起去参观了厨房，试吃幼儿点心，了解幼儿在园的膳食情况，保证幼儿的合理膳食。
All for the sake of children, for kindergartens, parents and teachers are making unremitting efforts. I believe that children will make greater progress under such joint efforts.
一切为了孩子，为了孩子的一切，幼儿园、家长和老师都在不懈地努力着，相信孩子们在这样的合力下定会取得更大的进步，在广阔的天空中自由翱翔。
